To change your authentication method:
DUO is changing the approval prompt from Traditional to Universal. Effective March 30, 2024, Duo Security will no longer support setting a client preferent for your preferred authentication prompt.
Traditional: Allows you to set your own preference
Universal: Based on the device type it will auto negotiate the Duo approval prompt you receive by default. You can still select a different authentication method by selecting Other options.
In addition, some services, like Web mail (myoffice.uwo.ca) provide the option to select a "remember me". This feature is only effective in the current browser session and while on the same workstation (IP Address).
